Hi Lance. Not a dumb question at all! "Xcite! compatible" means that if your avatar is wearing Xcite! brand genitalia then the skirt will interact with it. For example, if you're wearing an Xcite clit, then when someone clicks on the skirt the clit will emote in chat, expressing some level of arousal. Hope that makes sense.
